Motorcycle trips

Our very first motorcycle trip together took us to the Eifel. A weekend away to test what traveling by motorcycle was like, filled with great roads, beautiful landscapes, and good times.

We enjoyed stunning routes through the Eifel and relaxed evenings with an ice-cold Erdinger at Papelhof. A weekend we will never forget, taking place before De Natte Zwaluw existed, but marking the start of our love for motorcycle trips.

The beginning of De Natte Zwaluw started with our trip to Austria. Riding inland from the Netherlands, we travelled through the beautiful Eifel region and continued via the Black Forest toward Austria.

This was our first real long-distance motorcycle trip and it taught us a lot. One of our riders completed the entire journey on a 125cc motorcycle, proving that you should never let engine size hold you back.

Our first motorcycle camping trip with De Natte Zwaluw took us to Luxembourg, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. A full weekend of riding, camping, and discovering what motorcycle travel is really about.

From winding roads and stunning scenery to campfire evenings and cold drinks by the river, we experienced it all. The weather wasn’t always perfect, but the ride, the routes, and the good company made every moment worth it.

This trip showed us that motorcycle camping is something we want to do a lot more often.
